SiriusXM radio host Howard Stern called out singers Kid Rock and Travis Tritt this week for their reactions to TikTok influencer and transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney’s Bud Light partnership.

“I thought there must be a piece of this story that I’m missing,” the radio host said during his show Monday. Stern added that he doesn't understand why others are bothered by the LGBTQ+ community.

“They don’t impact my life. They don’t hurt my life," he said. "I love when people are in love. You wanna be a woman? Be a woman. You wanna be a dude, be a dude. Be whatever you f---ing want. As long as you ain’t hurting anybody, I’m on your team.”

Stern's comments came nearly a week after Rock posted a video to social media, which seemed to be in response to Mulvaney's Bud Light partnership. The musician shared a clip of himself April 4 in which he fired a gun at boxes of Bud Light beer, stating, "F--- Bud Light. F--- Anheuser-Busch. Have a terrific day."

During his radio show, Stern said he wishes he could call Rock and ask why he is so upset.

“Kid Rock, I know him. He’s got a great life," Stern said. "He transitioned from some kid in Michigan to a rock superstar. I’m really dumbfounded by why someone would care so much that they would blow up a can of Bud Light and say, ‘F--- Anheuser-Busch.’ I don’t get it.”

Last week, Tritt tweeted he would remove all Anheuser-Busch, which owns Bud Light, products from his tour hospitality rider. He also wrote he has no fear of being ridiculed or canceled for his stance on the subject.

The former "America's Got Talent" judge said he would like to interview Tritt.

"I’m coming from a place of, ‘Why you care so much?'” he added.
