HTC poised to strike back against Apple with LTE patents

While Samsung (005930) is still reeling from its defeat at the hands of Apple (AAPL), HTC (2498) could provide a boost to beleaguered Android OEMs everywhere by successfully suing Apple over alleged violations of its LTE patents.
