Hudson business group offers cash prizes for best holiday displays

HUDSON — If you've always thought your holiday decorations should win awards, now they can.

The Hudson Downtown Business Improvement District will hand out three $200 cash prizes to homeowners with the best holiday decorations as part of the organization's Second annual Holiday Decoration and Lighting Contest.

Homeowners can enter the contest until 4 p.m. on Dec. 16 by sending an email with their name, address, email address and telephone number to the BID.

Any business in the Business Improvement District that lights up its storefront or window with holiday decorations will be considered for the contest without needing to register. In that category, two $200 prizes will be given out.
