The community of spacious homes and large lots is smartly tucked between Bell Road, Interstate 85, and Woodmere. The gated entrances add to the appeal of Beauvoir, which enjoys limited pass-through traffic.

Beauvoir homes were built in the early 2000s through 2018, Realtor CJ Hodges said, adding that styles vary to include Georgian, European, French Provincial, Mediterranean, craftsman, Colonial and Cape Cod.

The location in east Montgomery puts residents five minutes from Auburn University Montgomery, The Shoppes at EastChase, Baptist East hospital, and popular Bell Road YMCA.

“Beauvoir is one of the few truly gated communities in the city. It has wide streets with sidewalks, gorgeous common areas, landscaping, and fountains,” Hodges said.  “If you have never driven through, you should during the day when the gates are mostly open to the public. It is one of the most beautiful and impressive neighborhoods in the city.”
