The Human Bean's specialty coffees coming to Cambridge by end of the year

CAMBRIDGE − The Human Bean is a drive-thru coffee shop that started in Oregon in 1998 and grew to more than 300 locations in 20 different states. One of the newest locations is set to open by the end of the year in Cambridge.When The Human Bean opens at 2149 Southgate Parkway, it will have approximately 25 mostly part-time employees and will be locally owned and operated. Ongoing construction of the location is by JD&E Construction Services from Wheeling, West Virginia.

The menu includes coffee and tea classics, specialties such as Snowy Mocha and Irish Cream Breve, infused energy drinks like Blue Raspberry and Candied Peppermint and frozen smoothies.This will be the sixth location to open in the state of Ohio, with the others all in the surrounding Akron area. If consistent with the other locations, The Human Bean in Cambridge will have operating hours of 5 a.m. to 9 p.m
