The Hundred Club donates to Peery Family
El Paso county sheriff's deputy Andrew Peery was killed in the line of duty Sunday night after a shootout leaving three dead, including the suspect. Less than 24 hours later, a check for deputy Peery's widow and two children was given to the sheriff's department, from the hundred clubs of Colorado Springs, a non-profit whose entire mission is to support families after losing a loved one in service. Executive director Nicole Magic says the organization has immediate funds on hand for incidents like these.
