Colorado Parks and Wildlife has a better idea of how many fish died after a tanker truck flipped over and spilled gas into the North St. Vrain Creek in Lyons last week.

- Colorado Parks and Wildlife now has a better idea of how many fish died in the North St. Vrain Creek following a tanker spill last week. They now believe hundreds of fish died after thousands of gallons of gasoline leaked out of the truck on Highway 36 near Lyons. Tests are being done along different parts of the creek. Anyone who notices any impact on wildlife is asked to report that to CPW.
