Hundreds rush to German ski resorts
Everyone visiting the small town of Erbeskopf wanted to enjoy a hike in the mountains or a sledge ride through a forest covered in snow, but tourists said there was a good mood among visitors and that the rules were being kept.
Germany officially started its vaccination programme against coronavirus on Sunday as part of a European mass vaccinations program of unprecedented scale seeking to end a COVID-19 pandemic that has crippled economies and claimed more than 1.7 million lives around the world.
