Hundreds of students walk out over elimination of class period

More than 200 Baltimore County students staged a brief walkout Friday morning over concerns about a change in a popular class period. The walkout took place shortly after 9 a.m. on the athletic field at Patapsco High School in Dundalk. Under the watchful eye of teachers and administrators, students met on the far side of the field, some holding signs, almost all of them wanting answers over the elimination of one class period.
