(SOUNDBITE) (Hungarian) CONFECTIONER, ZSOLT KARL, SAYING:

"I cooked a sugar syrup with cinnamon and honey, and I put the diced dried fruits in it. We experimented with the proportions of the dried fruits so that when they eat it, they can taste different flavors every five to ten seconds because I have not made it into a mash but kept the fruit bits diced up."

"We hope that we can make this for a long time. There is demand for it, we keep getting calls from various parishes all over the country and we are sending the products to them with a courier service. I really hope that the Pope will taste our pastry."
