Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, is back in Delaware Tuesday morning to appear in federal court for felony gun charges.

He has pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

The president's son was last seen at the Wilmington court in July for a hearing on tax charges, to which he also pleaded not guilty.

Hunter Biden's Tuesday appearance stems from three charges filed in federal court last month. Prosecutors said Biden purposefully lied on federal forms in 2018 to purchase a gun in New Castle County, falsely denying that he was addicted to any narcotics.

The ongoing legal battles come as Joe Biden ramps up his campaign for reelection, with some Republicans seeking to tie the president to his son’s business dealings overseas.

Before her arrival, only one protester was seen in front of the courthouse at 8:30 a.m.

Bob Kunst, 81, was outside of the courthouse in a black and white prisoner's costume, arriving at 4:30 in the morning after a two-day drive from Miami Beach.

He talked about rigged elections, said the U.S. is in "grave danger," and said, "a few people will yell at me... but most people are on my side." He's protested at other events, including in Atlanta, but this is his first time in Wilmington.

He said that only one person yelled at him so far this trip.

Another protester, Shantell Newman, stood across the street from the courthouse and shouted that there was no equality of the law. She's from Wilmington and said she wore her sneakers because last time, the Secret Service came after her, so she wanted to be ready to run away.

National media returns to Wilmington

Media outlets were lined up outside of the courthouse waiting for Hunter Biden to show up, with reports of some setting up camp outside the Wilmington building as early as Monday afternoon.

Several people can be seen walking up to the area to take a look or take pictures of what was going on.
