Hurricane Elsa threatens Surfside condo search and rescue efforts

Rescue crews are keeping an eye on Hurricane Elsa as they continue their search efforts for more than 100 people still missing after a condo building partially collapsed in Surfside, Florida. The hurricane is currently in the Caribbean and could strike Florida by Monday. Meanwhile, a building 11 miles from the condo was evacuated after it was deemed unsafe.
