Hurricane Lee: Live cams from Hampton Beach, Rye and southern Maine beaches

Live cams are currently available along the New Hampshire Seacoast and southern Maine to watch as Hurricane Lee makes its arrival.

The National Weather Service in Gray, Maine, has issued a tropical storm watch for coastal Rockingham County, which is expected to arrive in the Gulf of Maine on Friday. A tropical storm watch means there is the potential for wind 39 to 57 mph in the watch area within the next 48 hours.

Local effects from the storm, according to meteorologist Stephen Baron on Wednesday, could include rip currents, “high, rough surf,” tropical storm-level winds, splash over at high tide and minor coastal flooding.

Stay home and keep an eye on the storm with live cams from Hampton Beach to Rye to Kennebunkport to York Beach in Maine.
