Hurricane Pamela Makes Landfall on West Coast of Mexico

Hurricane Pamela made landfall on Mexico’s west coast on October 13, bringing strong winds and rain to Mazatlan, a resort town on the Pacific coast.

Footage released by authorities shows wind and rain in the city early Wednesday morning.

According to the US National Hurricane Center, Pamela made landfall northwest of Mazatlan with maximum sustained wind speeds of 75 mph.
