JASON KELLY: A lot of downed trees, downed power lines, many without power. I think you heard Governor Ivey as recent as this morning talk about a need for patience as the power company, power workers get out to restore power.
I saw a lot of resiliency in communities, folks recovering the morning after out, a lot of debris cleanup underway, just trying to find places to eat, because all the restaurants aren't open. And this is even before the storm. So post-landfall, fewer establishments are open. But even those that are open, you have a curfew.
