Hush Daddy, Don't You Cry! Father Gives Newborn a Taste of Own Medicine

While at home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Russell Hawes gave his upset baby son Azio a taste of his own medicine.

Hawes responded to the whining noises that his one-month-old was making by imitating them, causing the baby to stop crying and look at his father with a puzzled expression.

Surprised at the success of this technique, Hawes told Storyful, “never tried it before so I’m just lucky it worked the first time!” Credit: Russell Lee Hawes jr via Storyful
