Bubble O' Bill that is, Australia's favourite childhood ice cream. Bill is demonstrating he's not a terrible person in an ad that appeared on Streets Ice Cream's Facebook page. While the ad reveals Bill has a crush on Splice, a fruit and vanilla ice cream, there's no temptation from Bill to send her "stick pics."
The ad is a play on the passive-aggressive meme called "Be like Bill," which is focused on etiquette out in public and online. It urges people to be more like Bill, who is a decent man.
So please, stop sending your unsolicited pics. Bill is smart. Be like Bill.
