The award-winning Acme Building in Fairhaven is listed for sale is listed for $3,750,000.

The 8,872-square-foot, corner-lot building is listed by the Bellingham-based Muljat Group Realtors.

The 2013 building’s acclaimed architecture was inspired by the Art Deco style popular in the 1920s. It was designed to respect the historic architecture of the neighborhood by including stone and masonry work, deeply-set windows and decorative molding.

The space was originally designed for Fat Pie Pizza Restaurant and Rocket Donuts but is currently home to Acme Valley Ice Cream. It features rooftop decks with views of Bellingham Bay, elevators, a full commercial kitchen, freezers and a pizza oven, according to The Muljat Group.

For a listing price of $3,495,000, a buyer can purchase the 909 building and the 907 building — about 7,400 square feet of space.

The 909 building was originally constructed in 1902 as the Bellingham Bay Hotel and has a rich history with brick architecture. The 909 building was remodeled in 2002. The 907 building was then built next door with the same design.

The former Sportsman’s Chalet is listed for $1,895,000 with an estimated $9,953 monthly mortgage payment.

The main area of the building is currently unoccupied, though Endgame, a gaming bar, is operating on the alley side of the building.

Built in 1925, the building features large windows, vaulted ceilings, exposed brick and hardwood floors.
