  • Tools observed on table at chili prep station. Do not store tools on food equipment.

  • Ceiling tiles at hood are damaged and need replaced. Ensure tiles fit tightly around hood system.

  • Food/debris buildup under cabinets and equipment must be cleaned.

  • Employee items stored in several areas with customer items. Segregate employee items from items used for customers.

  • Must have procedure and proper disinfectant to address illness incident. Work on employee signatures on health policy.
