IDEA Public Schools hosts ‘Chalk the Block’ event
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – IDEA Horizon Vista Academy hosted “Chalk the Block” event for community neighbors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, according to a press release sent by IDEA Public Schools.
The free family-fun event featured a sidewalk chalk installment, music and tours for families interested in learning more about IDEA Public Schools and the campus’ kindergarten program, according to the press release.
IDEA Public Schools says staff shared information for families interested in enrolling their child into the kindergarten program, which is available for ages 4-5, that focuses on early literacy, numeracy and critical thinking skills to ensure success in future grades.
