IHSA girls basketball state finals 2023: Predicting the Illinois state champions

The IHSA girls basketball state finals return Thursday through Saturday at Redbird Arena in Normal.

Eleven of the 16 state finalists ended the season ranked statewide in their class, so it should be a competitive weekend of games.
