IHSAA football: All-Marion County team, Roncalli's Luke Hansen named player of the year
Roncalli’s Luke Hansen is the Marion County football player of the year by a vote of the county coaches.
Hansen, who finished the season with 3,080 rushing yards and 35 rushing touchdowns, broke the school’s career record with 4,631 rushing yards, which was previously held by 1986 Roncalli graduate Joe Gillum with 4,275 yards.
Hansen is the 13th player in state history to reach 3,000 rushing yards in a season.

Roncalli coach Eric Quintana is the Marion County coach of the year. Quintana led Roncalli to the Class 4A semistate and a 12-2 record in his first season as coach.
