I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo has opened up about the reality show's aftercare process following her win in 2017.

The former Made in Chelsea star has admitted that she "struggled" after winning the seventeenth series of the popular ITV show, but added that she was happy with the support she received.

"What we do is tremendously hard on our mental health," Toff told Metro.co.uk.

"When I went in to the jungle I wasn't anonymous but I didn't have the press fixation I have now so I struggled with the adjustment.

"I was in there a month and really happy in there and came out to this amazing world where everyone wanted a bit of me, but my friends and family had had that month to adjust to it and I hadn't."

However, in the wake of the deaths of reality stars Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis prompting criticism over reality shows' aftercare process, Toff has praised ITV for her own experience of being given support since leaving the jungle.

"I felt very looked after," Toff continued.

"The psychologist came over and took me to a room and closed the door – can you imagine what was going on outside? – and then it was really quiet and she looked at me and said, 'Are you ok?'

"I said I was overwhelmed and shocked, and she told me it would be a hectic period of my life but 'We're here, I'll be with you, we're here'."

After winning I'm a Celebrity, Toff has taken a bit of a break from Made in Chelsea to focus on other projects, including hosting a number of segments called 'It's a Toff Life' on This Morning, where she did things like clean a sewer and work at KFC.
