Imperial Homes of Naples LLC, one of Southwest Florida’s most experienced and universally respected luxury home builders, has announced its community of Peninsula Treviso Bay is now sold out.

According to Curtis Gunther, Owner and General Contractor of Imperial Homes, the single-family enclave, which originally had 55 homesites to sell at launch in early 2018, sold its last in late October.

“Even a year of recovering from a pandemic didn’t slow down our sales effort,” recalled Gunther. “A year ago November we had 30 homesites remaining. Less than a year later, there was none, a feat nothing short of spectacular.”

Jim Berk, the community’s Director of Sales, believes Peninsula was one of Naples’ fastest selling communities for a number of reasons.

“Our new owners told us they were drawn to buy at Peninsula Treviso Bay because of its location close to downtown Naples, the amenities the residents can enjoy on a daily basis, the incredible views from every lanai, and the perfectly designed floor plans and the quality of construction that’s engineered in every home,” he said.

Peninsula is also currently one of the busiest places in the Naples’ area as well, in regards to construction.

“Due to the recent wave of sales, we currently have 12 end-user homes under construction at the present time and plan to start another 12 homes within a few months,” noted Berk.

For those unfamiliar with Peninsula, its name represents exactly what it is, a neighborhood surrounded by water on all sides. Every home had a water view with the majority having the combination of water and golf course view.

Beyond the lake are the finishing holes of Treviso Bay’s TPC championship golf course. Gunther explained Imperial Homes of Naples designed specific floor plans to take full advantage of the phenomenal lake and golf course views.

“We did that by using as much glass as possible on the back of the home to ensure that the owners and their guests can enjoy the fabulous views from any room,” said Gunther.

In addition to their beautiful homes and incredible views, residents of Peninsula Treviso Bay enjoy the outstanding amenities available at the prestigious country club community.

Surrounding the Peninsula is the Arthur Hills designed, 18 hole championship golf course, part of the PGA TOUR’s acclaimed TPC Network of Clubs.

The inspiring 7,367 yard, TOUR-caliber golf course is situated on 188 acres with several holes adjacent to the 110,000-acre Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve.

The enclave of Peninsula also overlooks the magnificent 76,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse, just beyond the picturesque lake. The elegant grand dining room of the TPC Golf Club provides privacy for large venues and there are several other spaces for special meetings. Outdoor veranda seating presents a full view of the 9th and 18th fairways and greens.

There’s also the casual chic of the Player’s Grille, a smartly stocked Pro Shop, and the locker room lounge area where players will find billiards, a game room, a library and an attendant to do a number of tasks including ordering food.

Nearby in the community is Treviso Bay’s 15,000-square-foot Villa Rilassare, a spa, fitness and health club and pool complex that is nothing short of wondrous.

While aerobics, Pilates, spin classes and full service spa treatments can be found inside, outside you’ll find waterfalls, tropical landscaping, beachside cabanas and the pools. Both resort-style and lap pools welcome adults while children enjoy their own pool. Also in this area one will find La Piscina, the poolside restaurant and bar – accented with firepits.

Other amenities surrounding the clubhouse area include 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, as well as beach volleyball, pickleball and bocce courts.

Peninsula Treviso Bay was marketed exclusively by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
