For a limited time, Amazon customers can pick up the Instant Pot 6-quart Ultra, which usually retails for $149.95, for just $99.99 through tonight, October 29, only. That's a $49.96 discount and one of the lowest prices we've seen this model go for in quite awhile. The 8-quart version, meanwhile, which normally sells for $179.95, is down to $109.99 for a total savings of. $69.96.
Instant Pots are super useful gadgets if you're into meal planning or don't want to stress about your nightly dinners. They make prep insanely easy, particularly around the holidays, whether you're using them to bake a cake or whip up a veggie-based side dish.
As our favorite pressure cooker of all time, the Instant Pot Ultra is especially helpful in the kitchen thanks to its user-friendly features, such as its easy-to-read display—there's even a progress graph that keeps you updated on how far along you are in the cooking process—and intuitive dial, which lets you control your cooking times and pressures and scroll through the 16 preset cooking functions. It also features some fancy additions to earlier models, such as an altitude adjustment and steam-release reset button, which is what really made the Ultra shine in our testing.
For shoppers looking for something more budget-friendly, the Instant Pot Gem 6-Quart is $30 cheaper than usual at Walmart, falling from $79 to just $49. This appliance serves as a multi-purpose slow cooker that's even more affordable than the Ultra. It features eight functions in one 6-quart pot, including slow cook, sear/sauté, cook rice, steam, stew, roast, bake and warm. A stainless-steel roasting/steaming rack, rice measuring cup and a recipe book also come included with your purchase. Although we haven't gotten the chance to test this model, more than 200 Walmart shoppers have deemed it a great buy, granting it an overall 4.3-star rating and praising its compact shape and overall versatility.
If you're finally ready to bite the bullet and buy an Instant Pot, you couldn't have chosen a better moment thanks to these Black Friday markdowns—especially with the holidays right around the corner!
