Which billionaires call Billionaire Bunker home?

One of the world's richest people, a former First Daughter and the GOAT of football (who is not actually a billionaire), to name a few.

The proper name for Billionaire Bunker, a private island near Miami Beach, Florida, is Indian Creek Village. And it's one of the most elite properties in Florida, and the world, given its residential list. The 300-acre island in Biscayne Bay has about 30 homes, an ultra-exclusive country club and golf course. The mansions and Indian Creek Country Club are connected to the mainland via the Surfside Bridge over Indian Creek. The area has its own law enforcement, Indian Creek Village Police Department.

Here's what we know about Billionaire Bunker and its famous residents.

Jeff Bezos owns two homes in Indian Creek Village aka Billionaire Bunker

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos reportedly paid $79 million for a seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom mansion set on 1.84 acres in Indian Creek Village, according to Bloomberg.

In August, news reports show Bezos bought a waterfront estate there for $68 million. Bezos has his own aerospace company, Blue Origin, which has a site near Kennedy Space Center, and he also owns the Washington Post.

In October, Bezos purchased a second home in Indian Creek Village. Originally listed for $85 million, the 23,000-square-foot mansion at 12 Indian Creek Island Road has seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It sits on 80,000 square feet of land, features a wood-paneled library, movie theater, wine cellar, wet bar and cabana house, according to a Facebook post by Dina Goldentayer Real Estate.

Other perks include a six-car garage, sauna and elevator. Though Bezos got a deal − paying $79 million for the home instead of $85 million − the sale is considered the most expensive home ever sold at Indian Creek Village.

Tom Brady, the GOAT of football, has a home in Billionaire Bunker

In December 2020, Tom Brady and his then-wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, bought a $17 million house in Indian Creek Village. Brady has seven Super Bowl rings, the most touchdown passes and wins, in the regular season and playoffs, ever by a single player. He's largely considered the greatest of all time in football. In 2019, Brady left the New England Patriots for a two-year, $50 million deal to play quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Bundchen, one of the highest paid models in the world, is a Brazilian supermodel, author, environmental activist and former Victoria's Secret angel. The couple divorced in 2022, and Bundchen bought a home nearby (outside of Indian Creek Village).
