Indiana basketball resumes its Big Ten schedule after a longer-than-anticipated break with a visit to Penn State.

The Hoosiers (10-2, 1-1 Big Ten) last played on Dec. 22, a victory over Northern Kentucky. Their game against UNC-Asheville was canceled due to COVID-19 issues with the Bulldogs. IU has one win away from Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, but is 0-2 on an opponent's home floor.

The Nittany Lions (5-5) last played on Dec. 11, a loss to Michigan State. Three scheduled games since were canceled. Seth Lundy leads Penn State is scoring (14.3) and 3-pointers (21). John Harrar adds 11.4 points and 10.6 rebounds. PSU's first-year coach is Micah Shrewsberry, a former Purdue and Butler assistant.
