Somebody will break a losing streak when the Indiana Hoosiers visit the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

Indiana (3-4, 1-3 Big Ten) has lost four straight games, coming off a 38-33 loss to Maryland in which the Hoosiers were -3 in turnover margin and couldn't take advantage of the Terrapins' penchant for committing penalties.

Rutgers (3-3, 0-3) is coming off a bye week, but before that it lost to Iowa, Ohio State and Nebraska. Coach Greg Schiano isn't revealing who will play quarterback. Noah Vedral and Gavin Wimsatt have struggled with injuries, and Evan Simon has played the most.
