Disney+ has confirmed the release date for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny — and fans don't have too much longer to wait.

Confirming the news on Twitter/X, the official Indiana Jones account revealed that the film will arrive on the streaming service on December 1.

The movie will be available for all Disney+ subscribers, with memberships available from £4.99 with ads, £7.99 a month without ads and rising to £10.99 a month for 4K Ultra HD streaming.

For non-Disney+ subscribers, Indiana Jones 5 is available digitally for £13.99 from UK digital retailers including Prime Video, iTunes, Microsoft Store. Fans in the US can purchase the film for $19.99 from Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu and others.

Alternatively, Indy fans can get also their hands on a physical copy of the film, including an exclusive Indiana Jones 5 Steelbook, which is available to pre-order now for £34.99.

Released in June this year, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny saw Harrison Ford back in the role of the titular archeologist for one last time, joined by Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Mads Mikkelsen.

For his final adventure, Indy masters the art of time travel, working with his goddaughter Helena (Waller-Bridge) to prevent former Nazi Jürgen Voller (Mikkelsen) from getting his hands on the Archimedes Dial and altering the course of history.

The long-awaited sequel was met with mixed reviews from critics as well as a disappointing box office debut, taking $60 million in the US over its opening weekend.

Digital Spy gave the film three out of five stars, and we wrote in our review: "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny might not feel particularly innovative, but it is well-made blockbuster entertainment that will deliver what Indiana Jones fans want."

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is available to buy from Prime Video, iTunes, Microsoft Store and other digital retailers. It will be released on Disney+ on December 1.
