Indiana University Foundation owns over 60 properties in Bloomington. Here's where.

Earlier this summer, the Indiana University Foundation purchased the Sushi Bar, 2522 E 10th St., for $600,000 — over three times its assessed value, according to property records.

The IU Foundation did not respond to inquiries about its future plans for the site. The Herald-Times has compiled this list of properties currently owned by the nonprofit organization, which had $496 million in total revenue and $107 million in profits in the fiscal year 2021-2022, as reported in its most recent available IRS records.
