Pro Football Network: Bills 26, Colts 23

Ben Rolfe writes: "This game will reveal a lot about these two teams. No team has benefited more than the Bills from a weak schedule, but the Colts are lacking victories against any teams of substance. The winner of this game will be in a strong position to make a second-half run, but the loser will be left with some pressing questions to answer. Buffalo’s defense should be the difference here. They have been strong against both the run and pass. However, the only team they have faced as balanced as the Colts is the Titans, which is one of their three losses. The lean is to the Bills straight up, but the Colts have a great chance to cover and potentially spring the upset."

Sportsnaut: Bills 31, Colts 24

Matt Johnson writes: "The Buffalo Bills typically beat up on bad or average teams. Indianapolis doesn’t have the secondary to contain Stefon Diggs and Carson Wentz is a disaster when facing pressure without a blitz. Jonathan Taylor gives the Colts a chance, but not enough of one."

Sports Interaction: Bills will cover vs. Colts in Week 11

Payton Matthews writes: "Indy visited Buffalo in last season’s wild-card round and lost 27-24 in what would be the final NFL game for Colts QB and future Hall of Famer Philip Rivers. He threw for two TDs as did Bills counterpart Josh Allen, who also rushed for a score. Both clubs won Sunday. The Colts avoided a Jacksonville upset, 23-17. Jonathan Taylor is the NFL’s best running back right now with Derrick Henry out injured and had his fourth 100-yard game in the past five with 116 yards and a TD on 21 carries. Buffalo beat up on the sorry Jets 45-17 behind 366 yards and two TDs from Allen."

Top Bet: Bills 27, Colts 22

It writes: "The Bills rebounded from a humiliating loss to the Jags in Week 9 and absolutely thrashed the New York Jets on the road in last Sunday’s 45-7 win. Josh Allen racked up 366 passing yards and a couple of touchdowns against an interception on 21/28 completions, but Buffalo also resorted to other avenues to get points. Devin Singletary, Matt Breida, Isaiah McKenzie, and Zack Moss each scored a rushing touchdown, with Breida adding a receiving touchdown as well. Meanwhile, Buffalo’s defense did not show mercy on the Jets. The Bills intercepted Jets quarterback Mike White four times, forcing five turnovers in total. Sure, that dominant performance was just against the Jets, but Buffalo is one of the few teams in the NFL today that is truly capable of pulling off that kind of excellence on both ends of the field in the same game."

Draft Kings: Take Bills to cover in Week 11 vs. Colts

Teddy Ricketson writes: "This game should be an interesting one. The Colts’ best player is running back Jonathan Taylor and the Bills defense is giving up the fourth-fewest rushing yards per game. If Buffalo is able to limit or slow down Taylor, their offense could be able to do enough to keep them ahead in this one. I don’t know if the over will get hit in this one, but I do think the Bills cover."

Sportsnaut: Bills 31, Colts 23

Vincent Frank writes: "Fresh off a blowout win over the New York Jets, it appears that Buffalo is back. En route to winning 45-17, the Bills put up nearly 500 total yards of offense. Its defense also forced an absurd five turnovers. Despite Carson Wentz playing pretty good football, I can’t pick him to come out on top against Josh Allen And Co."
