Indianapolis weather: Slick roads possible as light snow falls Saturday morning
Drive and walk carefully if you must this Saturday morning because the light snow and below-freezing temperatures mean potentially slick roads and sidewalks in Indianapolis.
These conditions will stick around throughout the morning, accumulating less than a half inch of snow, according to the National Weather Service, which issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for central Indiana.
Already there is a crash on I-465 westbound between Bluff Road and state route 37, blocking the right lane, according to Indiana Department of Transportation's traffic map. As of 7:30 a.m., the I-70 westbound ramp at Ronald Raegan Parkway is also closed due to an accident for the next hour.
