NJ increases indoor capacity for restaurants, other businesses

Restaurants and other businesses in New Jersey will increase to 50% indoor capacity on March 19, while East Orange became one of the first municipalities in the state to launch a mobile health clinic to administer COVID-19 vaccines.

- Governor Murphy just announced that restaurants in New Jersey may increase indoor capacity to 50% starting March 19th. This news comes on the same day as East Orange becomes the first city in the state to launch a mobile health clinic to administer COVID-19 vaccinations. A 36-foot refurbished truck will go to elderly and disabled residents living in senior buildings and private residences. The health department also planning to set up a temporary vaccination facility at East Orange Campus High School.
