Indoor dining capacity expands in Maryland, but will patrons go?

Restaurants in Maryland can start to expand indoor dining to 75% capacity Monday evening, but customers have a clear preference regardless of expanded capacity. Effective at 5 p.m. Monday, capacity for indoor operations at restaurants can increase from 50% to 75% with appropriate distancing, and following strict public health requirements consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the National Restaurant Association.
