NIL MONRO: Hello, I'm Nil. I'm 22 years old, and I live in Barcelona.

When I arrived to Milan, I saw few people wearing mask. Like, everything was normal-- gazes and handshakes and events. But everything changed two days after my arrival. In those moments, people start to wear mask, not using the Metro, and these things.

When I come back to Barcelona, I was worried a little bit because I felt sick. And the first thing I did was call to the emergency phone because I was feeling some symptoms. Here in Spain, we were concerned about Italy. We were, like, naive to think the virus wouldn't get here.

I decide to talk, just not because of my community, but with the press. I was reading some news about people having panic attacks going to buy a lot of things in the supermarket with no reasons. And I supposed that I could help to make the people feel quiet, to make people feel better.

My message to the people is simple. We should follow three steps-- one, stay at home; two, wash our hands with water and soap; and three, inform self by official channels.
