In ‘insane deal,’ price cut to $20 ‘all in’ for 21 major Boise concerts. Just one catch

Two months after a $25, nationwide “Concert Week” ticket sale from promoter Live Nation, bargains are abounding again.

And this time? “It’s an insane deal,” says Creston Thornton, president of Live Nation’s mountain region.

There’s just one catch. It’s a four-ticket package.

In a promotion called “Summer’s Live,” prices are being cut to 21 shows in the Boise area. The price is four tickets for $80 — all in. That includes sales tax. There are no additional ticket fees.

All four tickets have to be to the same show. But $80? That breaks down to $20 a pop. That’s beyond reasonable, if not flat-out cheap.

The special discount starts at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 19, and lasts until the end of the day Tuesday, Aug. 1.

But don’t dawdle. Ticket quantities are limited. Some of these deals are likely to sell out long before the “Summer’s Live” special ends.

Here are the participating concerts.

Nearly 8,000 concertgoers showed up to the Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater on July 8 for a concert co-headlined by Slightly Stoopid and Sublime With Rome.
