You’ve heard it before: An Instant Pot is a game-changer. If you have’t yet gotten on the bandwagon, now’s the time!

Amazon just slashed the price of the six-quart Instant Pot Max Pressure Cooker 9 in 1 by 45 percent. For just $110 (was $200) you can get a lot of extra help in the kitchen.

This Pot has plenty to offer. The pressure cooker setting allows you to cook your food faster and do home canning, if that’s your thing. It features a large touchscreen, so you can easily set the time, temp and pressure level for your dishes. Delay start lets you cook at a time that’s right for you, while the warm feature will keep your food at the right temperature until you’re ready.

The Max even uses Nutriboost technology that creates a boiling motion during pressure cooking to break down food, and add nutrition, flavor and taste to soups and bone broth. And—this is a nice feature—the Max has a “venting” button on the screen for releasing pressure, allowing you to choose a pulse method or quick release, while keeping your fingers away from the vent.

Sure, there are different models of Instant Pots to choose from, but this one has an army of fans. One five-star reviewer even called it the “best Instant Pot ever,” adding, “it has fewer presets and much more ability to customize.”

Another called the Max the “most versatile” Instant Pot. “The digital touch panel is great and makes the pot look much nicer! You don’t need all the button selected presets on the other models since every recipe is just a combination of steam pressure, time and venting method,” they said.

By the way, this Instant Pot can cook just about anything. Case in point: A happy customer said they cooked a 3-pound bag of whole russet potatoes in a minute in this pot. The potatoes “turned out perfectly.” We’re sold!
