Intense Snowfall Causes Hazardous Conditions in Oswego
Heavy snow and intense winds caused hazardous conditions across parts of Oswego, New York, as a blast of arctic air swept through the region on February 2.

The National Weather Service warned residents the arctic blast would bring a burst of heavy snow and wind gusts over 40 mph.
