Inter Miami superstar Lionel Messi may still be house hunting in South Florida, but it seems at least one of his teammates has found a crib.

That would be Sergio Busquets, the Real Deal first reported.

The star midfielder just closed on a waterfront home in Sea Ranch Lakes, about eight miles north of Fort Lauderdale’s DRV PNK stadium where the team plays and practices.

In moderate, non-rush hour traffic that means Busquets’ commute is a tolerable 20 minutes.

Price tag? In the ball park of $8.7 million.

“Live the life of your dreams in this brand-new masterpiece [that] offers unparalleled living,” reads the description. Veroushka Volkert of Coldwell Banker has the listing. She did not return the Miami Herald’s request for comment Tuesday.

The 35-year-old Spaniard, who signed a contract running through the 2025 Major League Soccer season — at $10 million a season — will have room to grow his family.

The former Barcelona FC player and partner Elena Galera, 32, have two sons, Enzo, 7, and Levi, 5. The newly built 7,100-square-footer has 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms.

As for Sea Ranch Lakes, the exclusive gated community on Lake Seneca has the privacy a high-profile athlete like Busquets needs, with 24/7 security and its own police force and beach club. Maybe even Messi and his brood can come visit without being swarmed.

Chad Carroll with The Carroll Group at Compass thinks the pro baller made the right move.

“Fort Lauderdale is a low key but high value alternative to Miami, and Sea Ranch Lakes is one of the most elite neighborhoods to gain access to in the area,” said the onetime “Million Dollar Listing” star, who has a $10.9 million listing nearby. “High- profile buyers are attracted to the community because of its prime waterfront location and security measures. The perks are unmatched.”
