ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Albuquerque FBI Division is looking for business, religious, civic, and community leaders who want to get an inside look at the FBI while networking and having fun.
Applications are currently being accepted for the upcoming 2022 FBI Citizens Academy. The program is scheduled for Wednesday evenings, March 2-April 27, 2022, from 6-9 p.m.
"Citizens Academy is a stimulating 10-session program that gives people from a wide range of occupations and backgrounds an insight into what makes the FBI tick," said Special Agent in Charge Raul Bujanda. "The goal is to give a diverse group of leaders and professionals a better understanding of what we do and let them partner with us in keeping our communities safe."
Presentation topics include counterintelligence, cyber security, public corruption, evidence response team, SWAT, recruitment, and the day-to-day operations in a typical FBI office.
Unfortunately due to limited space, the program has a limit of 30 participants.
