Internal medicine physician Kristen Westenfield, M.D. joins staff

WATERTOWN —Kristen Westenfield, M.D., an internal medicine physician, has joined the Sanford Health Watertown Clinic.

Westenfield received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed her internal medicine residency at Abbott Northwestern in Minneapolis. She specializes in the management of acute and chronic conditions in adults as well as preventative medicine.

“I consider each patient’s goals and values in order to provide the best care for each individual,” said Westenfield. “The opportunity to serve others and provide compassionate and comprehensive health care motivates me to become a better physician.”
