Channel 9 has obtained videotaped interviews of witnesses who said they saw a shocking, violent crime, where a 10-year-old girl fatally shot her neighbor last May.

Police said the girl’s mother is the one who gave her the gun.

Channel 9 received body camera footage on Thursday of interviews from witnesses, including the victim’s boyfriend. They give a very detailed description of what they saw and heard that night.

Marciel Tirad and his girlfriend Lashuan Rodgers were grilling last Memorial Day when their neighbor Lakrisha Isaac walked and started an argument with her 10-year-old right behind her.

Witnesses told police Rodgers was walking away from the argument when Isaac handed her daughter a pink backpack with a gun inside.

Witnesses said Isaac took the gun from her daughter, then pointed it at Rodgers’ body, then Tirad’s chest and fired at Rodgers.

The child screamed, “That’s what you get for messing with my Mama.”

Isaac is facing multiple charges, including neglect of a child.
