Intracoastal Realty welcomes six new employees

Intracoastal Realty recently hired six new employees in October. They are Marguerite Ramm, Dylan Kowalski, Margaret McCollum, Megan Buckland, Pattiann Koury, and Lindsey Striplin.

Marguerite Ramm
Marguerite Ramm

Ramm, a native of Winston-Salem, N.C., joins the Lumina Station office. She previously was a broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty.

She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in communications.

Her love of adventure pushed her to move closer to the water and continue pursuing her real estate career. She adores her home state of North Carolina and believes that the beaches here are some of the most beautiful around. She is so excited to be living and selling real estate in Wilmington.

Dylan Kowalski
Dylan Kowalski

Kowalski a Wilmington native, works at the Lumina Station office.

He is an active member of the community when it comes to sports, school, film, and real estate.

Kowalski attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing strategy.

In his free time, he can be found boating, surfing, and networking around town.

Margaret McCollum
Margaret McCollum

McCollum works at the Lumina Station office. After earning her degree in communication from East Carolina University, she accepted a sales position with a residential builder in Wilmington.

McCollum has a profound appreciation for the North Carolina beaches and is incredibly thankful to call Wilmington her home. Growing up in the Lake Norman area, she always aspired to realize her dream of coastal living.

In her free time, McCollum enjoys boat trips to Mason’s Inlet, beach time on Wrightsville, and walks with her fiancé and their two fur babies in their Leland neighborhood.

Megan Buckland
Megan Buckland

Buckland, originally from Kansas City, works at the Lumina Station office.

She moved to Wilmington in May 2021 after graduating from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. She earned her degree there while playing D1 collegiate volleyball all four years.

She began a passion for real estate at a very young age and it has continued to evolve.

She currently lives in downtown Wilmington with her husband, Michael, and two kittens, Reese and Puff. She loves trying all of the amazing restaurants here and she enjoys the local beer scene.

Pattiann Koury
Pattiann Koury

Koury is new to the Barclay Pointe office, but Wilmington and its beaches have always been home for her. They are a never-ending source of inspiration and joy.

She earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography from the California Institute of the Arts and an Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute, the subject of her creative work was always right here in the Cape Fear Region.

She has been studying the Wilmington real estate market for over 30 years as she watched her hometown develop and grow.

As an arts educator for nearly two decades, she has a well-developed sense of empathy along with the proven ability to be a compassionate listener and honest communicator. She is excited to bring these skills to her real estate practice, merging her love of Southeastern North Carolina with helping others realize their dreams of personal and financial growth through homeownership.

Lindsey Striplin
Lindsey Striplin

Striplin, a native North Carolinian, originally from the Charlotte area, has joined the Barclay Pointe office.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Texas State University and has a background in Healthcare Administration.

Some of Striplin's favorite things are rhythm and blues music; Ava, her pit bull terrier; spending time with her family; breweries; new local restaurants; and traveling.
