FIRST TEAM

G: Audi Luckey, Sr., Palo Duro

The 6-foot-1 guard couldn't miss last year. He shot 53.5% from the field, 44.1% from three-point range and 83% from the line while averaging 19.1 points per game. All five starters for the Dons averaged double figures in points, so it wasn't like the all-region selection was the only one scoring for PD either.

G: Lamont Nickleberry, Sr., Childress

Nickleberry had a case for the MVP as he was a true do-it-all player for the Bobcats. Averaged 17 points, eight rebounds, four assists and three steals per game last season. Even if he wasn't set on playing collegiate football, he'd have a legit shot to play college basketball.

F: Kemper Jones, Sr., Canyon

An all-state performer last season, Jones is back after averaging 16 points and six rebounds per game while shooting 45% from beyond the arc. He's won back-to-back district MVP awards and should be saving his best for last in his senior year.

F: Elyes Torres, So., Highland Park

Scored 333 points last season while averaging 13 a game. Head coach Matt Donaghy calls him an absolute competitor and a leader on the basketball court and the football field. He's just a sophomore and should be even better this season.

A four-year varsity player, Hartman averaged 16.4 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game last season. He's been named first team all-district, Newcomer of the year, and District MVP in the past and should be in for a big season.

F: Haiden Thompson, Jr., Miami

One of the best six-man football players in the state, Thompson is also outstanding on the hardwood. The two-time District Offensive MVP averaged 18 points, 9.3 rebounds and three assists per game last season.

F: Landyn Hack, Sr., Panhandle

Hack

Everyone knows what Hack can do on the football field, but he also averaged a double-double on the hardwood last year. The 6-foot-3 forward scored 14 points and hauled in 10 rebounds a game last season.

C: Luke Braden, Sr., Stratford

SPARKS OFF THE BENCH

G: Julian Cervantes, Jr., Perryton

The 6-footer was first team all-district last year while averaging 14.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in district play. Head coach Chad Farmer says he's tough and a strong guard who also plays ferocious on defense.

G/F: Hayden Alston, Jr., Texline

A move in from Hedley, Alston averaged 15.7 points and 8.2 rebounds per game last year as a sophomore. Combining with the other pieces Texline has in place, Alston should make the Tornados formidable once again.
