The somewhat smaller Dakota floorplan includes 1,264 square feet under air. The Colorado is Jasper’s largest floorplan at 1,555 square feet under air. Its first floor layout mirrors the Dakota in all respects and includes an upper floor 3rd bedroom suite. It offers an adjoining 3rd full bath with glass enclosed shower.

As a new construction project, the developer has adhered to the latest building strategies and space planning efficiencies. Jasper Development incorporated current sustainable, eco-friendly and smart tech methods and materials in order to enhance the development and deliver its homeowners a quality home and community at a reasonable price. Jasper Flats professional landscaped design includes a variety of street trees and natural vegetation. Jasper Flats’ interiors are finished with medium textured wall and ceiling applications. Solid core 8-foot panel doors with lever handles are standard and baseboards and trims feature contemporary lines.
