Invaders advance on Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts, suffer losses General Staff report
The invaders continue to fire at settlements and infrastructure facilities with all types of weapons, trying to advance on two fronts.

Details: The General Staff reports that on the Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts the occupiers are focusing their main efforts on conducting offensive operations. The invaders fired tanks, mortars, barrels and rocket artillery at targets in the areas of the settlements of Bakhmutsky, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Zelenopillia, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaisk and Nevelsk.
On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, there is no significant change in the situation, and there are no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups.
On the Sivershchyna front, the invaders fired multiple launch rocket systems at areas in and around the village of Kustyne, Sumy Oblast.
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian forces continue to hold troops in the border areas of Russia’s Belgorod Oblast in order to conduct demonstration actions. Periodically, there are attacks on the positions of our troops as well as on settlements in Kharkiv Oblast near Ukraine’s border with Russia.
On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, the aggressor is on the defensive. It is carrying out attacks using tanks, mortars and barrel artillery, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Kyslivka, Krochmalne and Berestove in Kharkiv Oblast and in Makiivka and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast.
On Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts, Russian forces are on the defensive. Their artillery fire affected the areas of about 10 settlements.
On the Kryvyi Rih and Kherson fronts, the invaders are conducting positional defence. Barrel and rocket artillery was used to fire at the settlements of Marivka, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Kherson, Tokarivka, Antonivka, and Dniprovske in Kherson Oblast.
The invaders continue to suffer losses. So, in recent days, more than 30 seriously wounded Russian servicemen from the northwestern outskirts of Horlivka have been taken to hospitals in the city.
In the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region, the invaders continue to forcibly resettle pro-Ukrainian residents. So, under the pretext of counter-sabotage actions, over the past week, about 20 local farmers were moved from the settlements of Denezhnykove and Shtormove in Luhansk Oblast.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ successful attack on the invaders’ manpower and military equipment in the previous days has been confirmed. So, in the Luhansk Oblast, an ammunition depot was hit, about 50 invaders were killed and up to 50 were wounded. In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the aggressor's losses amounted to up to 15 people killed and up to 20 wounded.
During the current day, our aircraft carried out four strikes: three on clusters of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment and one on the position of an anti-aircraft missile system. Soldiers of the Ukrainian Missile Forces and Artillery hit a cluster of Russian personnel and weapons and military equipment and a position of the invaders' air defence systems.
