Invaders call kidnapping of mayor of Kherson his ‘neutralization’

The abduction of the mayor was reported by the Russian propaganda media Ria Novosti on June 28, and reports of the abduction were confirmed by a Russian collaborator – the so-called "deputy head of the military-civil administration" of Kherson Oblast, Kirill Stremousov.

“The ex-mayor Kolykhaiev has been detained… A man who harmed the process of ‘denazification’ in many ways. Finally, he has been neutralized,” said Stremousov.

According to him, Kolykhaiev had urged social workers not to carry out the criminal orders of the occupation authorities.
Kolykhaiev was kidnapped on June 28 after he arrived at the communal institutions where the remaining employees of the legitimate city executive committee continue to work.
