“Throughout the night, the Russians were evacuating the dead, wounded, and remnants of the living forces from the site of the attack in Yuriyivka,” Andriyushchenko said.

He said that Russian invasion forces utilized Ural and KamAZ trucks as makeshift ambulances, but the efforts turned out to be completely insufficient.

Andriyushchenko revealed that the affected area encompassed not only a storage facility for ammunition but also housed a significant quantity of military equipment, a command center, communication systems, and electronic warfare systems.

“Strangely enough, the Russians managed to hide the damage in Nikolsky from widespread discussion in the public domain, but there were significant (losses) for the occupiers there as well,” he added.

Sounds of explosions were heard in the Russian-occupied cities of Berdyansk in Zaporizhzhya Oblast and Mariupol in Donetsk Oblast on the evening of May 28.

It was previously reported that there had been strikes on Russian forces’ bases in those areas.
