We're already fast approaching the 2022 Drake Relays, which take place April 27-30 at Drake Stadium. So now is about the time folks across the state start paying close attention to the top times and marks in Iowa high school track and field.

Entering April 12, here is a list of the top five statewide leaders in each event for Iowa high school track and field.
