St. Patrick's Day is March 17 and there are plenty of ways to celebrate. Here are some events happening around Salem.

Edgewater St. Scavenger Hunt & Bar Crawl

Some restaurant and bar owners have come together to organize the Edgewater Street Scavenger Hunt & Bar Crawl for St. Patrick's Day. The highlights are a shared happy hour and a scavenger hunt for prizes.

The main organizer is Nate Dean of Old Zen Wine Bar, with other participating restaurants and bars including The Vault Bar & Grill, The Rabbit Cellar Lounge and West Side Tap House & Growler Fill.

Each of the businesses will have drink and food specials, as well as individual activities.

The day prior, each business will post the item it will hide for the scavenger hunt. Patrons who come in during the St. Patrick's Day happy hour can get a prize for finding it.

Old Zen will have live Irish music from 6:30-8:30 p.m. plus Kilkenny draft and Trinity Vineyard specials.

The Vault will offer green beer and corned beef and cabbage specials.

The Rabbit Cellar will also offer corned beef and cabbage specials along with Irish car bomb and Irish whiskey specials.

West Side Tap House will also offer green beer, $1 off black and tans and have bingo at 6 p.m.

For more details, reach out to any of the businesses on their social media pages or Dean at Old Zen Wine Bar.
